Roller sprocket

While proper lubrication and maintenance can last a roller chain drive for years, regular inspections are essential to prolonging its life. After the drive has been operating for 100 hours, a thorough inspection every 500 hours is recommended. During this inspection, look for key elements such as 3% elongation and chain wear.
