For an existing chain

For a new conveyor

What happens next

We review the model and machine details, compare a suitable chain family, and prepare a quotation based on the requested dimensions, construction and quantity. If more information is needed, we will ask for the specific missing dimensions or operating details.

What happens after you send an RFQ

We first identify whether the enquiry is a known model, a new conveyor design or a replacement/interchange project. If the chain model is clear, the next step is confirming length, quantity, material and attachments. If the chain is unknown, we may ask for additional dimensions or clearer photos before proposing a family.

For a cross-rod or fixture conveyor, attach a drawing whenever possible. Dimensions such as rod diameter, strand centre distance and carrier offset are difficult to confirm from a photo. For urgent maintenance, include the machine shutdown date and the quantity required for one complete line so the request can be prioritized correctly.

Send the destination and required timing

Please include the delivery country, requested quantity and the date the chain is needed. For repeat requirements, add estimated annual usage so the enquiry can be understood as a production or spare-parts program rather than a one-time sample.
